American Craft Beer Week: May 16 – May 22

When you’re as fond of craft brews as we are, American Craft Beer Week is a precious time that can’t go left unnoticed. So, we’ve got plenty planned to keep your glasses (and your stomachs) full during this week-long celebration. Check out the details for our planned festivities below:

Monday, May 16th “Randall Your Brew”
Grab a 12 oz. cold one and infuse it with your ideal flavor combination. From oak chips to fruit zests to bacon, you can create a masterpiece of your own for just $7.50. Price includes a 12 oz. beer and two flavor infusions. Check out the full list of beers and infusion flavors here.

Tuesday, May 17th “Brewmaster Dinner Series: Revolution Brewing”
Join us for a 4-course meal with perfect pairings from our friends at Revolution Brewing. Kick back with friends, chow down and sip some of their best brews for just $46/person. Check out the full menu, and give us a call at (847) 520-7447 to make your reservations today.

Wednesday, May 18th “Scorched Earth Tap Takeover”
Our friends at Scorched Earth are taking over, and they’re bringing some seriously good brews…Seriously…Good. Join us and sip some Hickster Cream Ale, Base Jumper IPA, Rugged Coalminer Porter, Exiled Angel Belgian Golden Ale and Saint Monte Belgian Dubbel.

Thursday, May 19th “Craft Beer and Cheese Pairing”
Sample and score our featured craft beer and cheese pairings, and you’re entered to win a $50 Countyline Tavern Gift Card. Eat, sip, score and you’re entered to win.

Friday, May 20th “Firkin Friday: BuckleDown Brewing”
We couldn’t celebrate American Craft Beer Week without honoring an American IPA. So with that, we’ll be tapping a special firkin of BuckleDown Brewing’s Belts and Suspenders IPA. Loads of Crystal and Sterling hops lead the way in producing huge citrus and pine aromatics supported with a clean, slightly biscuity malt backbone. Tapping is at 5:30pm, pints $5/each.

Saturday, May 21st “Pints for Paws” with Save-A-Pet
Because if we’re going to sip a few beers, it might as well be for a great cause. Come support our furry friends, and maybe even head home with one, too! Our friends at Save-A-Pet will host an adoption event from 1-4pm outside our patio area, plus a portion of all beer sales will benefit this organization and the lovable animals they support everyday. The fun only gets better when paired with a special release of Tighthead Brewing’s Go Go Wit Belgian Witbier at 5pm, and we’re pouring pints for just $5.
