Our favorite time of the year is quickly approaching! We’ve got plenty planned to keep your glasses (and stomachs) full during American Craft Beer Week 2017. Check out the details for how we plan to celebrate Countyline-style beginning Thursday, May 18th:
Thursday, May 18th: “Brewmaster Dinner Series: Oskar Blues Brewery”
Join us for a 5-course meal with perfect pairings from our friends at Oskar Blues Brewery. Kick back with friends, chow down and sip some of their best brews for just $45/person. Check out the full menu, and give us a call at (847) 520-7447 to make your reservations today.
Friday, May 19th: “Firkin Friday: Empirical Brewery”
We can’t celebrate American Craft Beer Week without some firkin fun. We’re partnering with Empirical Brewery to tap a special firkin of Member Berries (Cold Fusion Cream Ale with Assorted Mixed Berries). Pints will be $4, and you can keep the glass it’s served in. Cheers!
Saturday, May 20th: “Craft Beer and Slider Pairing”
Our friends from different breweries across the country are taking over, and they’re bringing some seriously good brews… Seriously good. Join us from 3-6 p.m. as we celebrate and sample Ales Across America. You can also meet representatives from Brooklyn Brewery, Ale Asylum and Deschutes Brewery.
And did we mention there’s a gourmet slider paired with each beer? Yup, just $12/person.
Sunday, May 21st: “Randall Your Brew & Go Go Wit Release”
The festivities continue with select drafts from Tighthead Brewery for $4/pint. We’ll have Mechanic’s Grove Maibock and Chilly Water American Pale Ale on tap all day, finally capping off the fun with a special release of their Go Go Wit Belgian Witbier at 3 p.m. Even better, infuse it with a special flavor combination – from oak chips to fruit zests to bacon! Just $4 to create a masterpiece of your own.
